terrenebrick699 couldnt find if the name was trademarked so uhh we used that name, terrenebrick699 also emailed one of the companies asking if we could use their name but we were ghosted (either because they rarely check their emails or that we were in their spam folder)
also, not related but the name "koko" isnt really original as it was used for a max fleischer character
